What the day will look likeJoining this friendly team that handles Facultative claims your wide and varied role will include:

• Support claim negotiations and settlements
• Communication and management of client expectations
• Build client and market relationship in tandem with Account Executive / Client Director
• Manage claims
• Respond to enquiries from the (Re)insurer, liaise with the client, underwriters and third parties (as appropriate)
• Manage allocated claims from first advice to final settlement
• Monitor progress of claims notifications and collections
• Ensure files/systems are updated with actions taken. Support claims data analysis and reporting

How is this opportunity different ?
This is a rare opportunity to secure a London Market claims handling role without having subject matter experience. We're looking for a motivated candidate with the ability to accommodate a steep learning curve and an inquisitive mind. If you've got claims experience gained in any line of business that would be excellent but not essential.
