Duties:
Access Optimisation:
- Facilitate user guidance on innovative products.
- Ensure CRM data precision.
- Execute follow-up strategies for a high success rate.
Portfolio Enhancement:
- Systematically document activities for upsell possibilities.
- Leverage touchpoints for strategic growth exploration.
- Proactively assess expansion/contraction areas.
- Cultivate relationships with client advocates.
- Elevate Lifetime Value through dynamic pricing strategies.
Other responsiblities:
- Contribute to strategic product email campaigns.
- Navigate response management and CRM updates.
- Contribute insights on optimal email deployment timing.
Objective: Foster customer relations for retention and fortified revenue support in the evolving landscape of innovation.
