Purpose of Position
Support all creative visual concepts assigned and internal requestor briefs from different internal departments and provide support to the creative designer.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Execute design of graphic applications such as collateral material;
- Produce and create digital web and print solutions within brand guidelines, including; email templates, certificates, reports, signage, banners, etc.;
- Editing cultural adaptions of materials/collateral provided by 3rd party design and translation agencies;
- Conceptualise and execute Press/OOH and Digital advertising adaptations/typesetting;
- Edit and update design files/documents with new imagery/content while maintaining structure and format;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency of brand identity, logos and branding, and ad-hoc requests;
- A champion of design best practices with a sound foundation in design principles;
- Execute brand design guidelines/quality assurance of all collateral, and communications material for all touch points;
- Liaise with manufacturers/suppliers for any items related to design work;
- Organise workload and manage deadlines to ensure they are met.

- Bachelor´s Degree in Art or Design;
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken);
- High Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop;
- Proficiency in Figma;

- High Proficiency in MS Office;
