SalaryWe are looking for a Junior Estimator within our exterior cleaning company based in South Croydon.
Simple Clean serve property managers, block management companies, landlords, facilities managers, and residential customers across our four separate divisions – exterior cleaning, major works, roof cleaning and window cleaning.
As a Junior Estimator you will be responsible for:
1) Assist in the process of the daily estimating enquiries and attending site visits.
2) Creating quotation packs with information gained
3) To ensure that information is relayed quickly, accurately, and efficiently to meet customer and business expectations.
4) Able to adjust work rate to meet fluctuations in workload demands.
5) Maintain inhouse CRM system
6) Adhere to company standards and procedures
7) Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, suppliers and subcontractors to obtain necessary information and resolve any issues that may arise during the estimation process.
Person specification - Who you need to be
- Full UK driving license
- Good level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service skills - friendly, approachable, and flexible
- Proficiency in MS office applications, including Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
- Confident to work on own initiative.
- Motivated to learn & develop to maximise own potential for the business.

Working hours : Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
