Job Description

Junior Finance Business Partner

• Supporting the finance team in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Assisting with financial analysis to drive business decisions.
• Participating in month-end close procedures and reporting.
• Collaborating with various departments to improve financial processes.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Preparing ad hoc reports as requested by management.
• Assisting in the development of financial models.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Junior Finance Business Partner should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
