They now require a Junior Fashion Designer in what will be a challenging, fast-paced role that will involve designing character and licensed bags, footwear and accessories.
The ideal candidate would be looking to enter the fashion industry in their first design role and someone who can manage a varied and sometimes time-pressured workload involving daily interaction with customers and internal colleagues.

What does the role entail:
Design own brand and character licensed bags, footwear and accessoriesEnsure that the products are specified appropriately to achieve required cost prices.Ensure all materials and components meet the required company standards and the customer in terms of quality and product assurance.Liaise effectively with customers and other team members.Research the market, understand trends and develop new ideas and concepts to present to customers.Work with factories and sourcing teams to develop products in the most appropriate sources.Work well with colleagues to create a positive and creative teamwork ethic.Provide input to creative meetings.
What will you need?
Design Qualification is essential and candidates will be educated to Degree Level or equivalentCompetent in the use of Adobe Photoshop and IllustratorGCSE Maths and English C and aboveWillingness to learnExcellent written communication skills.Creative and innovativeMethodical and organised, attention to detail.
