Our client, a national financial planning firm are looking to appoint a junior/ entry level Financial Services Administrator to join their experienced Leeds based team on a permanent basis.
Supporting a team of experienced Advisers & Paraplanners, duties & responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the team with producing client valuations
- Processing new business applications
- Liasing with product providers and clients where required
- Entering data and maintaining the company’s database
- To ensure that client files are well maintained
The candidate:
- Financial Services experience (desirable)
- Administration experience (essential)
- Professional and presentable
- Fantastic attitude with willingness to provide the necessary support
- Highly organised
