Junior IT Support Engineer (Windows O365) St. Albans / WFH to £38k
Are you a bright, ambitious Junior IT Support Engineer with experience of supporting users within a Windows environment?
You could be progressing your career at a technology driven sports betting / gambling company, continually learning and developing your skills.
As a Junior IT Support Engineer you will support internal users with 1st line support issues that come via multiple channels e.g. email, phone, chat, face to face. You'll also get involved with the monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks including installing, configuring and patching computer hardware, operating systems and applications, continually learning and progressing your career within a supportive and friendly team environment.
WFH Policy:
You'll join colleagues the St. Albans office which has been recently renovated and now boasts a fully equipped games room, onsite parking available (10 mins from M25), you'll also the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week.
Requirements:
- You have experience of supporting users in a commercial environment
- You have a good knowledge of Windows desktop administration (Windows 10); Exchange Server administration (Exchange 2013/2016); Windows Server admin; Active Directory and Group Policy; administration of Azure AD / Office 365; Office / O365 applications including Teams
- You're collaborative, have great communication skills and are happy to help people
- You're pro-active and have excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- You're degree educated in a STEM discipline
