Our client is an established Estate agent with outlets throughout London, requiring a Junior Lettings Negotiators to join their growing reputable Estate Agents at their Hamstead Northwest London offices. You will be providing exemplary levels of customer service to customers. You will manage aspects of the lettings process, reporting maintenance issues of properties, keeping updated with legal requirements, along with general administration.
You will be valued and developed and enjoy the some of the best rewards in the property industry working to change the way customers perceive agents.
Duties:
? Registering applicants
? Matching properties to applicants needs
? Conducting viewings
? Negotiating and closing deals (assistance from Managers initially)
? Listing Properties
? Liaising with clients, landlords and tenants to be considered
Requirements:
• Some experience in lettings or sales would be desirable (but not essential)
• Customer focused -Customer Service skills
• Positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic
• Excellent communication skills
• Full UK driving licence essential and own car
Salary : £18k -£20K (depending on experience)
Car Allowance : £200-£250 a month
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 9am - 6pm, Friday 9am- 5.30pm Alternate Saturdays 9.30am -1pm.
