Junior Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Central Marketing Calendar:
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop a comprehensive plan across various communication channels for Key Date Campaigns and Central Projects.
- Execute calendar tasks including campaign ideation, artwork briefings, website updates, and kit creation.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure cohesive campaign activation.
- Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines and department objectives.
- Support pre-booking activity with the Sales team.
- Assist in updating the site rolling marketing brief and implementing processes for campaign execution.
- Evaluate completed activities, providing recommendations for improvement.
Team Support:
- Ensure venue marketing plans adhere to Brand Guidelines through monitoring communications.
- Support local branding activities and provide creative support to sites.
- Collaborate with venues and Operations Managers on branding and marketing aspects of projects.
- Assist in driving sales through the activity calendar and larger ad hoc campaigns.
Skills:
- Ability to work well within a small team and adapt to change.
- Proficiency in project management systems for cohesive activation delivery.
- Creative mindset to maintain effectiveness in activations.
- Understanding of hospitality operations for feasible delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
