Our client is willing to consider applicants from an array of working experience, including those with limited office based experience, however you must be able to demonstrate the ability to work with Microsoft Office packages such as Outlook, Excel etc.
Duties as Junior Media Administrator:
- Confirm all assigned projects and ensure all documentation is recorded with the aim of also passing this across to internal departments within the company.
- Ensure all activity, documentation and general transactions are recorded on the system.
- Continually review all recorded information ensuring actions are taken within given timeframes.
- Raise any client queries or concerns to internal departments to ensure smooth client experience.
- Communicate with third parties to ensure successful completion of projects.
- Distribute reports as requested.
- Any other adhoc duties deemed suitable.
- An eagerness to uphold high working standards.
- Highly organised and efficient approach to work.
- Ability to build rapport both internally and externally.
- Competent IT skills including use of Outlook and Excel.
- Good eye for detail, inputting data.
- Ability to multitask.
- Comfortable with learning new IT systems and online tools.
- Team player and highly supportive of team.
- Receive a salary in the region of £21,000 per annum.
- Working Monday to Friday, 34 hours per week.
