We are looking for a proactive and curious Junior Medical Data Analyst to join the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty team. You will be responsible for reporting, monitoring and ongoing analysis of the activities delivered by the medical team. This includes health care professional visits and events as well as helping to define the targets and reach of doctors and health care professionals in the UK and Ireland. The role also requires supporting the planning and development of data to be presented to the rest of the division and senior management..

A DAY IN THE LIFE
• Work with the Data Analyst to source, design & analyse business systems to support & deliver business opportunities
• Work in partnership with 3rd party data providers to acquire data from primary or secondary sources to inform decision making
• Manage and utilise our CRM (Veeva) system to maximise the team’s functionality & sophistication to drive & influence activity across all channels & measure the impact.
• Work collaboratively with Head of Training & Medical Detailing to innovate & provide assistance in the ongoing development of CRM (Veeva) focused training materials provide regular information regarding system and business changes
• Presenting information generated from data to relevant business stakeholders
• Design, manage and present medical dashboards (ROI, C&F) to support Medimax, Zone stakeholders & Senior Leadership Team to help inform & influence strategy.
• Build upon return-on-investment modelling to help validate medical decision making to support Budget & Pre Budget
• Support in the design, procurement and management of Medical DFU’s (questionnaire to GPs/HCPs following visit)
• Work in partnership with Omnichannel Manager to increase LDB engagement through 360 channels (email, Engage, KOL Development)
• Work in partnership with external CRM (Veeva) Consultant to support / project manage our existing and future functionality (to include unlocking the Account Planning Modules)
• Key stakeholder on data purchase requirements of the medical business.
• Support ad hoc brand lead requests following Head of Detailing guidance.
• Utilise Power BI to assist HCP targeting
WHO YOU ARE
• You have experience in a similar role, with a sound understanding and passion for analysing data sets and managing systems
• Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) and can translate data into relevant visualisations and language.
• A data-driven approach to decision making to challenge established practices
• Advanced MS Office especially Excel
• Understanding the basics of a programming language (for example SQL, Python) & experience working with Power BI (desirable not essential).
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work to tight delivery timescales and to take on new information
• Solutions orientated mindset with the ability to work at pace and cope with ambiguity
• Strong customer service philosophy
• Strong planning and organisation skills - with an ability to appropriately re-prioritise and change as required
