A Junior Office Administrator is required on a permanent basis for our well-established client in logistics services industry, based in Northwest London.
Permanent, Full-time Job, 37.5 hours/week.• Location: Kingsbury, North-West London, NW9.• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.• Possibility of hybrid work: upon approval of managerial team• Payment: £18,00 - £20,000 / annual salary (depends on skills and qualifications)• Start date: ASAP
Main purpose of the job:This is a junior role and will develop into an office and admin manager role in due course. This entry-level job role will best suit school/college leaver, person on the beginning of the professional career who lives locally.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:• Contacting existing and new customers to explain the advantages of buying their company's products or services.• Administrative support,• Assisting with daily tasks, data entry, memos, answering email,• Reporting and carrying out tasks as required by senior members of the team.• Updating the Warehouse Management System of daily/weekly/monthly reports• Collation of paperwork and filing• Liaising with the Warehouse Operations and Stock Control team when required.
Person specifications:• Friendly and helpful, with a positive outlook• With excellent written and verbal English communication skills• Computer skills• Is self-motivated, reliable, and has a 'can-do attitude.• Very familiar with number calculation operations.
