An exciting new role has arisen for a switched-on, motivated Office Assistant to join an investment firm based in central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a first or second jobber to kick start their career, supporting a wonderful group of individuals!
What you will do:
- Management of office supplies and stock replenishments
- Maintain tidiness of office, kitchen and meeting rooms
- Answer all phone calls in a friendly manner
- Meet and greet visitors
- Manage printer
- Schedule meeting rooms
- Health & safety support
- Provide refreshments and carry out weekly food shops
- Assist the EA
Who you are:
- First or second jobber
- Extremely organised
- Great communication skills both verbally and written
- MS Office skills
- High attention to detail
- Similar experience/ transferrable skills
This is a full time permanent role, 5 days in the office.
