Overview
We are a dynamic and fast-growing recruitment agency with offices in London (HQ) and Miami, seeking an experienced Junior Operations Manager to join our team. This position will play a key role in supporting the Head of Operations in overseeing day-to-day office tasks, employee data administration, expense management, and facilities coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee data administration including records maintenance and support HR processes.
- Assist with expense management, including tracking expenses, preparing reports, and managing budgets Provide administrative support by managing correspondence, handling calls, and maintaining filing systems.
- Oversee facilities management, including building maintenance, office supplies, and vendor management.
- Coordinate company meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Support the Head of Operations with various tasks and projects.
- Manage communication systems and distribute company information.
- Troubleshoot office equipment issues and coordinate IT support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as an office administrator.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and systems.
- Ability to travel to London easily 4 days per week.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on process improvement.
- Knowledge of basic HR practices and office management.
