Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Assist with scheduling and managing the founder's business and personal appointments.
- Travel Coordination: Organise and manage domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Event & Project Support: Assist with ad-hoc projects and event coordination in collaboration with senior EAs.
- Gifting & Property Management: Help with gifting arrangements and assist in the management of the founder’s properties.
- Expense Management: Handle expense tracking and reporting.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Doesn't need to be extensive but some sort of scheduling experience would be very useful.
- Attitude: Positive, adaptable, and eager to learn with a strong team-oriented mindset.
