Our client, a renowned gallery with a stellar reputation, is seeking a full-time Junior Personal Assistant to join their exceptional team, covering maternity leave. Based in Mayfair, this role is an exciting opportunity to support the founder's office in day-to-day operations and collaborate with a team of highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistants. Key Responsibilities:

• Diary Management: Assist with scheduling and managing the founder's business and personal appointments.
• Travel Coordination: Organise and manage domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Event & Project Support: Assist with ad-hoc projects and event coordination in collaboration with senior EAs.
• Gifting & Property Management: Help with gifting arrangements and assist in the management of the founder’s properties.
• Expense Management: Handle expense tracking and reporting.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Doesn't need to be extensive but some sort of scheduling experience would be very useful.
• Attitude: Positive, adaptable, and eager to learn with a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Skills: Excellent organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
