Are you seeking a route into Paraplanning?
We are working with a friendly and tight-knit financial planning firm based in South Bristol. They are looking for a full-time Junior Paraplanner to join their Advisor Support team.
They are a highly professional firm, who have grown organically since they were formed in 2005, no advertisements of their advisers, no 'sales’ targets, just worth of mouth from happy clients.
The ideal candidate would have the following:
- Working knowledge of investments, pensions and tax
- Part Level 4 Diploma qualified
- Experience of Intelligent Office (or similar back-office system)
- A UK Driving License and own a car due to location of office
Your day-to-day:
- Providing ongoing administrative support to advisers
- Compilation of recommendation paperwork, including writing suitability reports
- Producing tax calculations
- Preparing client valuations
- Preparation of relevant documents ahead of client meetings
- Maintaining client and research records
- Submitting new business
- Product research
The package:
- 8:45am -5:00pm Monday - Thursday
- 8:45am - 12:45pm Friday
- Highly competitive salary of up to £35,000
- 8% pension contribution
- 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)
- Discretionary bonus
