Junior PA/Office Assistant - Dubai
We have an exciting opportunity for a confident, competent, and personable Junior PA with strong teamwork skills to support our client’s current PA in their Dubai Office. Candidates must have good knowledge of Microsoft packages – Word, Excel, etc. Experience of working with an UHNW Household is preferable but not essential. The role would suit a positive and proactive Junior PA who is looking for an unpretentious role which involves mucking in and rolling up sleeves!
Key Duties:
Assisting the family office in smooth functioning of admin operations Coordinating travel / ground transportation and hotels for staff / colleagues, legal team Booking restaurants/tickets etc Assisting the House Manager with online payments/ ordering household items & researching supplies. Dealing with staff queries regarding salary certificate letters/ queries, visa queries, annual leave expense queries / employment contracts, offer letters, and termination notices. Monitoring the processing of visas, work permits, and other documentation for employees and visitors. Liaising with the PRO team Update and manage and office insurances & the employee medical insurance. Be aware of the payroll processing and the required documentation. Checking petty cash records for House Manager Team – ensuring the forms are completed correctly with all receipts attached. Collating staff monthly expenses – checking totals and all receipts attached. Assisting with payroll processing Managing the employees time sheets and leave Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. Errand running. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
This position is full time and based in the Client’s Dubai office, so we will only consider candidates already based in Dubai or happy to relocate.
Salary: £50k+ (tax-free) DOE
Standard working hours: 0900-1800
