SalaryRecruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a well-established Construction Services Company, in their search for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to work from their Leeds Office.
What our client is offering for the successful Junior Quantity Surveyor :
• £30,000 - £35,000 p/annum
• Monday - Friday 0830 – 1700
• Permanent Role

The Role - Junior Quantity Surveyor:
• Supporting the Operational Managers, Estimators and Quantity Surveyors with the commercial function to the projects
• Responsible for supporting applications for payment
• Identification measurement and valuation of variations
• Subcontract accounts
• Monthly P&L reporting
• Debt management and estimating
What we are looking for in a Junior Quantity Surveyor:
• Degree level education or equivalent in construction / quantity surveying – ESSENTIAL
• 0-2 years commercial / business experience
• Exposure within construction industry; relative exposure with quantity surveying – DESIREABLE
