Our client is recruiting for a proactive Stores and Health & Safety Manager to oversee their stores management and Health & Safety protocols. They are leaders in their industry, with a wealth of knowledge and expertise that are incomparable!

Stores and Health & Safety Manager Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of stores personnel, provide stores training and deliver health and safety training programs for employees
• Implement strategies to optimize stores operations, including inventory management, stock control, and logistics
• Supervise the receiving, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and products
• Ensure accuracy in inventory records through regular audits and reconciliation
• Coordinate with procurement and other departments to meet material and product requirements
• Implement best practices for warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety
• Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and industry standards
• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and potential risks in the workplace
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, implement corrective and preventive measures for these
• Be aware of changes in health and safety legislation and ensure company policies and procedures are updated accordingly
• Prepare and present reports on stores performance, inventory levels, and Health & Safety metrics to management

The ideal Stores and Health & Safety Manager will:

• Experience in stores management and/or Health & Safety management in an OEM sector
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and standards
• Certification in Occupational Health & Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) (desirable)
• Supply Chain Management, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field (desirable)

Working Hours + Benefits:

• Monday – Thursday: 8am - 5pm
• Friday: 8am - 2pm
