Contacting customers who have enquired about life insurance, this role is all about engaging customers, building rapport, identifying their need and creating urgency before transferring over to Sales Executive.

You will be integral to their mission to protect as many families as possible in the UK. This will be achieved by outbound calling prospective life insurance customers whose interest has been generated through a variety of different media sources. You will need to undertake an in depth fact find through the use of intelligent questions before passing the customer to one of their accredited brokers to complete the full process.
Generating these opportunities for the brokers and helping their customers secure cover to protect their loved ones means making a success of this role is vital.
