SYK Recruitment are working with an established private client in the Manchester area who are looking to recruit a Junior Sister with Haematology/Oncology experience to be a senior member of their Ward team. The hospital provides comprehensive, expert led cancer care, exceptional cancer surgery, Haematology transplant unit and Innovative cancer therapies.
Junior Sister Roles and Responsibilities
- You will help assess, plan, deliver and evaluate high standards of specialist care while also being an advocate for the patient
- Ensuring all their medical, physical and emotionally needs are met by communicating effectively with them and their families
- You will also have much more autonomy day to day
Junior Sister Requirements
- Registered Nurse with active NMC Registration
- Experience in Chemotherapy administration
- Understanding of the importance of research and evidence-based practice
