Junior Social Media & Content Executive

Forward Role is partnered with a thriving retailer who is looking for a talented Junior Content & Social Media Executive.
This is a chance to own the content and social channels, working across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, photography, videography, meeting customers and really helping to tell the brands story and showcase its flawless work!

This role presents an exciting opportunity for a creative individual to make a significant impact on the brand's online presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy aligned with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and execute innovative content ideas.
• Create engaging content across various platforms, including Social Media, blogs, and email campaigns.
• Utilise self-generated photography and videography to showcase our products and services.
• Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to optimise strategy and drive results.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in content marketing.
• Coordinate content scheduling and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
• Generate analytical reports and implement strategies for growth and improvement.
• Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
