The Solutions Manager is instrumental in independently analysing warehouse flow data, designing tailored solutions, and engaging with clients to present compelling propositions. They oversee the end-to-end solution lifecycle, ensuring accurate costing, profitability, and a focus on exceeding client expectations. With a strategic approach, the Solutions Manager takes ownership of the solution process, manages inquiries efficiently, and maintains strong client relationships. Working closely with the BDM Team to deliver a compelling proposal with clear commercial positioning.
Skills and Experience
- Ideally a degree or equivalent.
- Full Driving Licence.
- Experience in the design of warehouse solutions desirable.
- Project management experience.
- Experience working end-to end with customers.
- Cross-sector experience.
- Commercially astute.
- Working to tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office - Microsoft Project is desirable.
- CRM and reporting
- Computer-aided design (AutoCAD) or similar
- Warehouse operational understanding is desirable.
