The Person
The ideal Junior Sous Chef will have the following:
- Experience in a Michelin/multi rosette venue
- Happy with various shift
- Be a great communicator with a dynamic approach
- Impeccable standards with a passion for the best produce
- As the hotel is located on the outskirts of Newbury, having your own reliable means of transport to this area will be essential unless you are looking to take live ine
