What you'll do
You will assist the project team in the identification and analysis of a customer's business and technical requirements
You will track business processes, documents critical requirements, details, and solutions and communicates status to internal and customer teams
You will troubleshoot, analyze, document and escalate issues to team lead as necessary
Operational support of live events during ad-hoc weekends through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting and fault resolutio
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement given specific direction, limited UI changes to PC, Mac, mobile, tablet, and connected TV devices
You will build a basic understanding of third-party integrations and will be responsible for documentation and testing of those specific integrations
Tests and maintains applications/tools that integrate with our customer systems
You will work with a major motorsport client and partners on the continue delivery of new services and improvements
You should have

Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, Computer Science, Engineering (Telecommunications), Business (with concentration in Computing or Information Management) or related field or the equivalent work experience
3 years of experience in consulting or software implementation environment contributing to project teams and meeting deadlines
3 years’ experience in customer facing role and knowledge of application software projects/programs with IT systems
3 years’ experience in Managed Services and/or Operational Support
Proven experience contributing to multiple work streams
Proven ability to leverage and apply knowledge of RESTful Web Services
Practical knowledge and understanding of relational databases and construction of SQL queries
Previous experience implementing and testing front-end consumer-grade web, and mobile device applications
Work flexible days/hours (Work on a weekend when required)
