Form of workWe have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Web Developer to join my clients growing team in Braintree, Essex!
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 plus excellent benefits.
Please note that this is not a hybrid / remote position and the client is only looking for candidates who reside within a commutable location to their offices in Braintree, Essex.
The Role
- To develop and support of internal and external websites and web-based applications
- Help design and create systems, algorithms and databases
- Collaborate with other developers to design and implement new features
- Write clean, maintainable code that is easy to understand and modify
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development
Essential Skills
- PHP – Demonstrable knowledge of programming including OOP
- MySQL – Demonstrable knowledge of database design and normalisation
- HTML
- CSS
- JavaScript / jQuery
