My Client based in Loughborough is looking for a dynamic and confident person to join their National Accounts team as a Key Account Co-ordinator.
Loughborough based - Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00.
As a Key Account Co-ordinator you will be accountable for :
Managing the performance of major accounts
Attending client facing meetings
Identify opportunities to enhance the service delivery
Ensuring the CRM systems are up to date
Ensure Performance metrics are met
Accurate invoicing
Monitoring numerous customer specific inboxes
Maintaining customer web based portals
Uploading of worksheets and/or complaints
Resolving queries and/or complaints
Be point of escalation for own accounts
Successful candidate must be :
