My Client based in Loughborough is looking for a dynamic and confident person to join their National Accounts team as a Key Account Co-ordinator.
Loughborough based - Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00.
As a Key Account Co-ordinator you will be accountable for :
- Managing the performance of major accounts
- Attending client facing meetings
- Identify opportunities to enhance the service delivery
- Ensuring the CRM systems are up to date
- Ensure Performance metrics are met
- Accurate invoicing
- Monitoring numerous customer specific inboxes
- Maintaining customer web based portals
- Uploading of worksheets and/or complaints
- Resolving queries and/or complaints
- Be point of escalation for own accounts
