Key Account Co-ordinator

Job Description
My Client based in Loughborough is looking for a dynamic and confident person to join their National Accounts team as a Key Account Co-ordinator.
Loughborough based - Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00.
As a Key Account Co-ordinator you will be accountable for :

• Managing the performance of major accounts
• Attending client facing meetings
• Identify opportunities to enhance the service delivery
• Ensuring the CRM systems are up to date
• Ensure Performance metrics are met
• Accurate invoicing
• Monitoring numerous customer specific inboxes
• Maintaining customer web based portals
• Uploading of worksheets and/or complaints
• Resolving queries and/or complaints
• Be point of escalation for own accounts
