We are looking for a passionate and energised Key Account Executive with exposure to UK grocery channels who would like to help us reach more children at one of the world’s most loved brands.

We have an exciting opportunity for a driven entry level B2B sales professional to come and join our UK and Ireland team in Slough. Learn and develop as you support a fast paced and growing sales team where collaborative retailer relationships; outstanding customer service and strong teamwork are key. Core Responsibilities

  • Support the National Account Management team to deliver profitable sales growth aligned to agreed targets, aligned with category strategy.
  • Working within an SAP based customer planning tool to ensure accurate data input of listings, launch planning, month forecasts, promotional planning ensuring return on investment and in line with business unit strategy.
  • To deliver an aligned critical path ensuring the retailer’s order portfolio is managed from forecast/sales plan, in-line with the correct customer product mix, product set-up, ordering to ensuring excellence in Omni channel execution.
  • Preparation for internal/ external presentations, business reviews and team meetings
  • To support in the promotional planning processes and ensure that the creation of point of sale/ digital assets and delivery of shopper instore and online experience.
  • Personal development – ownership of your own Individual Development Plan.

The LEGO UK & Ireland Sales team drives the delivery and execution of LEGO business strategy and must deliver profitable and balanced growth at retail. Our responsibility is to be a trusted partner who strives to get the right products and experiences, in the right place, at the right time and drive a mutually beneficial business plan with our customers. The role is to represent the company in their day-to-day interactions with our business partners and in true LEGO fashion have fun doing it.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Entry level experience of working in a commercially focused role ideally from a branded FMCG company or Grocery retailer.
  • Familiar with the basic forces of the market: consumers, customers, competitors and a demonstrable track record of business results and accountability
  • Collaborative relationship management and influencing exposure with both internal and external partners.
  • A positive and energised demeanour with a focus on ongoing self-learning
  • In-depth analytics and data management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (SAP exposure would be a big plus)
  • Ability to travel to UK customers.
  • Full UK Driver’s License required.
  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
