Our client is looking for a Sales Representative to join the team. This will involve Key Account management, winning new business & meeting your clients over video calls and more importantly, in person to create long lasting relationships & business.

Ideal candidate background:
- Client facing /field sales experience.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Previously worked with Sage is desirable but not essential.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales growth.
- Excellent ability to sell, negotiate and communicate.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
- Openness to feedback.
- Relationship management skills.
Key Account Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- You will need to ensure that you are happy to set up meetings in order to build professional relationships with the prospects and customers
- Selling You will need to be able to accurately record details of conversations, keeping systems up to date with developments and concluding any matters raised.
- You will keep the customers informed of the newest products, pricing and promotions, upselling products by ascertaining customer’s needs and requirements.
- You will have to meet monthly goals set by your manager and be able to show how this has been achieved increasing customer satisfaction and sales, which is your key objective.
- You will need to be well organised and work as part of a team offering support to your colleagues in all areas of the business.
- Liaise with customers. You are to keep customers informed as to the progress of their order especially in times of delay.
- Selling our products to prospective customers and to cross sell to existing customers to grow national and international accounts.
