Requirements:

• Solid understanding of business and marketing principles.
• Relevant experience in a similar role within a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, numeracy, and organisational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and statistical analysis software.
• Commercial awareness with knowledge of cost drivers in manufacturing.
• Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others.
• Full UK Driving License and passport are essential.
