We have an exciting position available for a Key Account Manager to join an existing team within a rapidly expanding business.
Having worked in account management for a minimum of 2 years, you will be a great communicator and have demonstrable experience in delivering information, building relationships and being a trusted partner, supporting the team's sales.
The role & experience
- Dealing daily with Key Accounts by phone and email, following up enquiries, chasing outstanding leads, preparing information for prospective clients
- Delivering a high standard of customer service confidently and articulately
- MS Office and particular experience of Excel is an essential requirement
- Gather and interpret data and prepare detailed management information
- Provide estimates and quotes and convert to sales
- Great collaboration skills, working in team, problem solving
