Industrial Temps require a Key Account Manager for our client based in Belfast at our client's premises and also at our Belfast Head office. The successful candidate will be the main liaison for Industrial Temps and will be responsible for keeping Industrial Temps up to date with all matters relating to Temporary Workers engaged with our Client including all recruitment and admin duties associated with the role..

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with both internal and external stakeholders preferably within a demanding, high pressurised manufacturing environmentProven experience providing a customer focused service that is clear, concise and accurateBe flexible Have excellent communication & organisational skillsHave excellent interpersonal skillsUnderstand the needs of the client to undertake the full responsibility of the day-to-day management of the client recruitment needsSelf motivated and able to work with minimal directionBe a team player but can use their own initiative when required to take this position on and make it their ownBe approachable and resourcefulHave the ability to liaise with clients/stakeholders at all levels of the businessBe keen to build excellent working relationships with both candidates and clientsBe fluent in English (both written & spoken)Proficient using 365, Microsoft office i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word & OutlookHave a driving licence/access to a car , Previous agency Account Management experienceRota management experiencePrevious experience working with a CRM and/or Time & Attendance systemProven ability to prioritise, multi task and work to tight deadlines
