Position: Key Account Manager
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic business plans for Key Accounts in the designated territory, with a focus on the Dutch market.
* Deliver comprehensive therapeutic information aligned with marketing strategies.
* Conduct local marketing and sales analyses to gain valuable patient flow insights.
* Manage relationships with Opinion leaders and participate in industry events.
* Promote innovative wound care products to surgical specialists within compliance guidelines.
* Organize and lead regional educational meetings for physicians and stakeholders.
* Establish formal networks with key decision-makers to drive business growth in the Dutch market.
Requirements:
* Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent professional qualification.
* Over 4 years of proven experience in promoting specialist medical devices/pharmaceutical products.
* Fluent in English.
* Demonstrated success in specialist sales with a track record of achieving targets.
* Experience in operating theaters and conducting product demonstrations at congresses.
* Dynamic personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proactive team player with high persuasiveness and results-oriented approach.
