B2B Sales. Work as part of the Customer Services Department and the team are responsible for coordinating and processing feed orders received directly from customers in a timely manner, and is instrumental in ensuring that customers receive the right quantity, of the right product, at the right time. Team members are expected to liaise with colleagues within the Sales, Production, and Transport teams. Answer incoming phone calls and e-mails from customers and distributors. Accurate daily filing of customer orders. Maintain a high level of Parts knowledge with the capacity to develop a solid understanding of our business culture. Handling enquiries from customers, Sales order process. Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel. Effective communication skills and customer service skills. Previous experience in a similar role
