Step into an exciting role in Milton Keynes, UK, for 37.5 hours a week and become a pivotal force in our success story! We are on the lookout for a dedicated, organised, and self-driven professional to join us as a:
Key Account Manager Online EMEA
In this role, you will oversee key online customers such as Zalando wholesale, Zalando marketplace, and ASOS. Your role will involve cultivating strong customer relationships, collaborating closely with retail buying executives, and devising effective business strategies to achieve sales and brand objectives. If you possess expertise in online sales and strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Work-life balance is important to us here at Fossil, with this role, you will be able to take advantage of our agile working policy, our core hours are Monday to Friday 10 am - 3 pm beyond this you can work your hours to suit you. We have just moved into a brand new office in the heart of Milton Keynes next to centre:MK and our global working policy is working 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
What You'll Do :
Develop and execute the B2B Online Sales Accounts business
Be accountable for meeting Zalando (B2B & B2C) and ASOS sales targets for watches, jewellery, and leather goods
Manage budgets/forecasts and the P&L for assigned accounts.
Ensure effective customer management to maximize growth and profit opportunities while fostering strong relationships
Conduct brand/product presentations for seasonal new releases and launch exclusivities in collaboration with merchants and the GTM team
Coordinate the annual retailer promotional/sales activities plan
Perform weekly sales analytics, developing and maintaining reports to maximize sales opportunities and identify risks
Prepare and conduct internal/external business reviews and operational meeting
Drive new business opportunities, such as expanding into new marketplaces and improving operational performance and interfaces with marketplace aggregators
Who We're Looking For :
Highly effective written and verbal communicator
Experience in 1P and/or 3P marketplaces
Proven ability in building and maintaining key customer relationships, with experience in managing online sales accounts (including negotiations)
Profound expertise in Stakeholder Management
Experience in developing strategic business plans
High degree of self-motivation and adaptability to change
Experience in digital marketing tactics and go-to-market preferred
Proactive in identifying and driving sales opportunities
Languages: English
