Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their packaging needs, and ensuring the seamless delivery of our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized Packaging Solutions.
- Provide clients with product knowledge and technical expertise to guide them in making informed decisions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business prospects.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective account management and business development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably in the packaging industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical aspects of packaging products.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
