Our well-established client is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join their dynamic sales team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing key client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth for the organization. Your strategic mindset and ability to understand client needs will be critical in achieving success in this role.

Duties:
Client Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
· Understand and anticipate client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
· Act as the main point of contact for Key Accounts, addressing their concerns and inquiries promptly.
Account Development:
· Develop and execute account strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
· Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within Key Accounts.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
· Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and strategizing to expand the company's profile.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
· Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Identify opportunities for revenue growth within existing accounts and actively pursue new business opportunities.
· Ensure timely renewal of contracts and agreements.
· Overseeing contract renewals and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and key clients
Strategic Planning:
· Analyse market trends, competition, and client feedback to develop and adjust account plans.
· Develop and present account plans to senior management for approval.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities using CRM software.
· Provide regular reports and updates on Key Account performance and progress to the Sales Director.
· Conducting regular business reviews and performance analyses for Key Accounts, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance client partnerships.
Customer Satisfaction:
· Ensure that key clients receive excellent customer service and support.
· Resolve any issues or challenges that arise promptly and effectively.
