Key Account Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop durable customer relations across all levels of decision makers and influencers.
- Gain knowledge of the industry, our products and our tools to become the go to coating advisor for your customers.
- Identify, support and drive innovation from and to the market that enhances our customers’ sustainability and productivity.
- Sell our products and services to new and existing customers.
- Ensure the achievement of monthly and annual sales and margin targets.
- Plan and lead impactful visits to customers.
- Prepare Key Account plans and maintain CRM and sales pipeline.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Grow your internal network to learn, get support and accelerate the above.
- Proven (technical) sales experience in the marine industry/sector (Essential).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player.
- Ambition and drive to learn and develop towards potential next career moves.
