Management Accountant

A reputable manufacturer, based in Haverhill, are on the hunt for CIMA qualified/ part qualified Management Accountant to join their finance team on a permanent basis.
A huge opportunity for any Management Accountants who enjoy not only analysing data but communicating their financial findings across an organisation and adding real value to a business' bottom line!
Reporting to the Financial Director while leading and developing a small team, your duties would include:
• Overseeing a small team
• Liaising with department heads
• Variance analysis reporting
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Cost Analysis
• Financial Analysis
• Mitigating financial risks
• Preparing Management Accounting packs monthly & quarterly
• Managing month-end close
The ideal candidate will be fully, or part CIMA qualified with experience in a similar role & industry being desirable, however, other qualifications and experience would be considered. You will also have a high analytical skill set and a strong understanding of financial principles as well as an ability to communicate confidently while working collaboratively within a team.
