- Deliver a strategic growth plan for your geographical territory for consumer finance & stock funding
- Develop an acquisition plan that secures new business from dealer groups within the AM Top 200 and independent Top 50 dealers, in line with our credit appetite and new business budgets
- Manage existing introducers to achieve a broad range of KPI’s such as, but not limited to; case numbers, efficiencies, new business budgets, and customer experience whilst undertaking and recording business performance reviews that deliver continual improvements through agreed objectives.
- Support all internal functions to improve the quality of service and deliver the best possible introducer and consumer experience
- Demonstrable And Proven Successful Track Record in Key Account Management With Strategic & Consultative Sales Experience Obtained Either Within The Financial Services or Automotive Sectors
- Financial Services Background Preferred With An Understanding & Appreciation of TCF, AML, KYC, Operational Risk, Conduct Risk Systems And Frameworks,
- Whilst Not Essential, Understanding of SAF Requirements for Motor Finance And Conduct Preferred - Particularly Relating to The Sales Process.
- Whilst Not Essential, an understanding and knowledge of stock funding and auction houses operating models would be an advantage.
