MacGregor Black are partnering with a global Spirits Distributor on the search for a Key Account Manager specialising in RTM. This is a perm role preferably based in Midlands, but open to other areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to manage and grow Key Accounts within the designated region.
- Drive distribution, visibility, and activation initiatives to enhance brand presence and drive volume growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Negotiate and secure profitable commercial agreements with Key Accounts, aligning with company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions and address customer needs effectively.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
- Analyse sales performance data and develop action plans to achieve KPI targets and objectives.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
- Proven track record in sales management and Key Account development.
- Strong understanding of the beverage industry and Key Account management principles.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Salary – Up to £38k + Car Allowance + Benefits.
