2023 was the hotel’s 60th anniversary, which has seen the refurbishment of Executive rooms and suites as well as a re-development of the lobby level, including a brand new restaurant and bar.
Salary: up to £29,400 per year plus service chargebased on a 39 hour week.
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 9-5

The Kitchen Administrator is responsible in assisting the Executive Chef managing and training the kitchen team to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
What will I be doing?
- Manage and train the kitchen brigade effectively to ensure a well-organised and motivated team
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, Health and Safety, and stock procedures
- Ensure resources meet business needs through the effective management of working rotas
- Support brand standards through the training and assessment of your team
- Knowledge of activities in other departments and implications
- Rota organisation
- Previous experience in a similar role in kitchen environment
- Warm and approachable in a very busy office dealing with different cultures
- Good computer skills and competent in Word and Excel (typing and dictating)
- Strong supervisory skills
- Positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Excellent planning and organising skills

- In line with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must have the eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.
- Documentation is required at interview stage (for EU Nationals share code requested to check EU Settled/Pre-Settled status)
