Our client is seeking to recruit into their amazing business an enthusiastic and competent Office Support person .
The Office Support role will entail
Ideal candidates will possess exceptional organisational skills, be detail-oriented, and excel in communication and team collaboration.
This role is instrumental in ensuring seamless customer interactions, efficient management support, and effective coordination with suppliers and fitters.
Key Responsibilities: for The Office Support
Dealing with customers to ensure their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Processing paperwork
Data entry
Credit checks
Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Welcoming visitors on the front desk operations and greet visitors with professionalism and in a friendly manner.
Assist in the planning and implementation of various contracts
Provide administrative support to managers to ensure projects are delivered on time
Coordinate with fitters to facilitate smooth operations and address any logistical needs.
Ensure effective communication between the office and field teams.
Manage interactions with suppliers, including placing purchase orders and progressing orders, ensuring stock is available for contracts and the need to find the parts by using various suppliers.
Regularly monitor and replenish office supplies ordering stationery etc
Handling returns
Track and ensure the timely processing of supplier returns and ensuring the accounts team are notified.
Skills for The Office Support Person
Exceptional organisational skills - have the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
Attention to detail is imperative and being a team player but also able to work on your own initiative.
Ideally you will be a quick learner and have advanced skills on MS Package including Excel .
Grades between 10-6 or GCSE equivalent in Maths and English
