Knockmoyle Lodge are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Assistant to join our team. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our culinary operations by assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and ensuring food safety standards are met. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining experience in the culinary industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and assembling dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Ensure food safety guidelines are followed at all times
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing deliveries
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during meal preparation
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- All other tasks assigned by Management
- Experience not essential, full training provided
