Kitchen Design Assistant

Simon Acres Recruitment are recruiting for a luxury German showroom in Nottinghamshirethat requires a Kitchen Design Assistant.

This is a permanent position paying between £25,000 - £28,000.

Working Hour: Monday - Saturday 9.30am-5.30pm. 5 days a week, working every other Saturday.

They are looking for an immaculately presented professional with good communication skills to join this luxury brand.

The Role:

• Drawing and designing new kitchen plans and designs using Compusoft Winner CAD software (training will be provided).
• Completing technical drawings for customer projects.
• Supporting the Showroom Manager with order processing, liaising with manufacturing colleagues in Germany.
• Using internal systems including CRM reporting tools efficiently (training will be provided).
• Lead taking, booking design appointments, and presenting designs to customers.
• Engaging with walk in customers and ensure they receive the highest levels of customer service.
• Answering the phone and dealing with daily enquiries and customer enquiries throughout each stage of the project.
• Providing outstanding customer service.
• Reporting into the Showroom Manager.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years Kitchen Design experience (ideally within high-end and/or German kitchens).
• Experienced in using CAD design software (training on Winner CAD software will be provided).
• Proactive with a desire to learn and develop in the role.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Personable, confident, and enthusiastic.
• Full UK driving licence.
