Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items
- Dispose of waste and recycling materials properly
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or hospitality environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects. Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.
