About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an Kitchen Supervisor to join our dynamic Coffee Shop team, based on site at Boundary Outlet, Walsall. The Kitchen Supervisor plays a vital role in assisting the team in the day to day running of our fast paced, high volume coffee shop.
The successful candidate will be:
Responsible for the preparation, cooking and serving hot food, including food to order
Responsible for Kitchen staff
Require a good understanding of HACCP and Food Hygiene
Required to assist with stock control and stock rotation
Some budget and target management.
About You:
We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated individual with a positive disposition to support in leading our coffee shop team by example.
Working in a fast paced and demanding environment, you will ensure the highest operational standards. We are looking for someone who is decisive with effective time management skills, working to tight deadlines.
You must enjoy a varied workload, and possess the ability to motivate and co-ordinate a team with a “hands-on” approach, whilst delivering an excellent standard of customer experience at all times.
