Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking
- Working within a busy Takeaway
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Collaborate with the Kitchen Team to meet customer needs
- Assist in supervising and training new team members
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting preferred
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food production processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
